House Rules & Damage Deposit

Simple rules so every stay at Casa Arcilla is relaxed for you and our neighbours.

House rules

  • Check-in and check-out

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Ask us about early check-in or late check-out.

  • Maximum guests

    Villa One sleeps up to 10. Villa Two sleeps up to 8. Both villas together sleep up to 18. Please don't go over the number of guests on your booking.

  • Quiet hours

    10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We share the 506 Tennis Center community with neighbours.

  • No smoking indoors

    Smoking is not allowed inside either villa.

  • No pets

    Pets are not allowed.

  • No events or parties without approval

    Events, parties and extra visitors need our written approval first. Planning a wedding, retreat or celebration? Tell us about your group.

Damage deposit

Booking direct with us

We take a refundable security deposit as a hold (pre-authorization) on your card. It is not a charge.

  • We place the hold 2 to 7 days before you arrive.
  • We release it within 7 days of check-out, after we inspect the villa.
  • We only charge it for damage, missing items or extra cleaning. If that happens, we send you photos and the costs first.

Booked on another site?

  • Airbnb: covered by Airbnb AirCover. We don't take a separate deposit.
  • Booking.com: covered by the Booking.com damage program. We don't take a separate deposit.
  • Vrbo: covered by Vrbo damage protection. We don't take a separate deposit.
